Wonderful Experience!
We are in a rental townhome and can't hang shelving so we popped in to see what we could find.
Chris greeted us at the door and was wonderful at helping us select a bookshelf/shelving unit that we felt went well with some existing furniture pieces. She also let us know that the Outlet store is just another offspring of the main store and pieces made for the Outlet stores and not just 'left overs' or items that don't sell in the main stores. We were pleasantly surprised as we figured this was the opposite (apparently we are the only ones).
Delivery is Friday and we are excited!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Aaron was polite and friendly. Very quick service and was out in 15” because saw what I wanted online earlier. Forgot cashiers name but remembered her from previous purchase and as always goes the extra mile.
