Grand opening of new store. The salesman introduced himself when we went in and then gave us tons of time to explore and was circling. We let him know when we were ready. He was so very knowledgeab... See more

Excellent experience and sales…
Excellent experience and sales associate was very helpful. Steve.
I already knew what I was purchasing…
I already knew what I was purchasing and the salesman gave me the warranty spiel. He was nice.
Beware!
If you want to be lied to about the furniture you are about to buy or lied to about the delivery date, then shop at Raymour. I have ordered thousands of dollars at Raymour in Farmingdale, yet they still had no problem lying to me on two occasions. Both times was concerning delivery dates and both times they took my money, told me weeks delivery, which has now turned into months. After speaking to customer service, who said there is no delivery date anywhere in the near future, I realized I was lied to again only minutes before. The truth I can handle, but to lie just to sell is unacceptable and I will no longer be shopping at Raymour at any location. DO NOT BELIEVE THE DELIVERY DATE THEY GIVE YOU...IT'S ALL LIES
On time and professional
They were on time and came within the delivery time window. Very friendly and polite.

I wish I could rate a zero
I wish I could rate a zero. I didn't get new furniture. My schedule service was canceled although I communicated with this company for 2 months for service help. I was told the technician needed to order parts that could take 4 to 6 weeks. Im not sure why we purchased the protection package if getting repairs or help was this difficult. This service is ridiculous 🙄.
Dino the salesman was pleasant
Dino the salesman was pleasant, not overbearing and worked hard for us. I would give him a ***** stars.
Beatriz was great
Beatriz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and a great listener who guided us to precisely the mattresses that would most help us. She allowed us to make the right decision for an adjustable bed for my mother.
Helpful sales person
Jeff Wagner was very helpful and so easy to work with. I look forward to doing business with him again.

We purchased a protection plan when we purchased the furniture and they indicated that they would replace my original recliner at no cost. I am so grateful.

The gentleman that came was like making excuses about the problem that I addressed to him… he left my house without doing anything… where the woman I talked to in the service department was so accommodating, and understanding.
Best of ALL
I had visited All your competition and you were the only one who had the bed I needed which was grea! Better than that your prices was the the best.

Had an appointment with manager to switch out mattress. Listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. Very kind and helpful.
I would give it Zero stars if I could
I spent over $4,000 on what I expected would be a brand-new adjustable bed and mattress. Instead, I've dealt with deception, poor customer service, and what appears to be extremely questionable business practices.
My original adjustable bed had multiple issues. The massage mechanism was faulty, the mattress was not firm enough, and, most importantly, I specifically stated that I did not want a floor model. After the delivery, I discovered that the mattress I received was a floor model. My receipt even confirmed it.
When I returned to the Woodbridge store, I was told that the mattress I originally ordered had been discontinued. Rather than informing me of that before delivery, they simply substituted a floor model without my knowledge or consent.
I selected a different mattress that cost more, resulting in an additional $1,300 charge. During that visit, the salesperson casually commented, "You'd be surprised who returns mattresses." At the time, I didn't think much of it.
Unfortunately, that comment now seems very telling.
When my replacement mattress arrived, it was still wrapped in plastic, but the manufacturer tags had already been removed. After inspecting it, I immediately noticed two body indentations in the middle of the mattress—one noticeably deeper than the other. It looks exactly like a mattress that had already been slept on and returned by another customer.
Considering the salesperson's earlier comment and the condition of the mattress, I genuinely believe I was sold a returned mattress as if it were new.
When I called the store, I was told the delivery drivers probably removed the tags in the truck. That explanation makes no sense since the mattress was still sealed in plastic when it was brought into my home.
The store then sent an inspector to my house. He immediately acknowledged that he could see the two indentations. He placed a measuring device across the mattress, said he would submit his findings, and left.
The next day, I contacted the store only to be told that the inspector reported there was nothing wrong with the mattress.
How does someone acknowledge visible indentations in my home and then report the exact opposite?
Raymour & Flanigan advertises a 100-night comfort guarantee, yet when there is an obvious issue, they refuse to stand behind their product.
Between delivering a floor model without my consent, what appears to be a used mattress sold as new, inconsistent inspection results, and customer service that takes three or more business days to respond, I have completely lost confidence in this company.
I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, and disputing this charge with my credit card company.
Consumers spending thousands of dollars deserve honesty, transparency, and quality products. That is not what I received from the Woodbridge Raymour & Flanigan.
I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to inspect every item carefully before accepting delivery.
