Great delivery and install

Deena was such a wonderful asset in our decision-making process to buy a new mattress and bed frame! The store was such a pleasure to visit. We did not feel as though the salespeople were trying to upcharge us and took good care of us. Thank you!

This location was my first choice to shop for furniture as a first time home buyer. I found everything that I was looking for & extra. Yusuf, who was my furniture consultant & guide, lead me in the right direction as far as what I was looking for, for my house. He definitely went above & beyond! I am so grateful & thankful that everything went according to plan & Yusuf made my shopping experience comfortable, fun, & patient. I am definitely coming back!

Salesman, Juan, was very helpful. Even though he was new to the job, he guided my husband and me and asked for assistance when he didn’t know the answer to our questions.

Tom Seaver was my salesman. Very knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. So glad to have met him. Would highly recommend your store and especially Tom to anyone interested in furniture or mattress. My sister and I had a great experience.

My husband and I went to Raymour and Flanigan on Saturday 06/3/23, we went to the one in south philly just to browse, immediately we were greeted by one of their associates her name was mamáya , she was very nice and knowledgeable thanks to her we were able to purchase a beautiful couch and and accent chair, very happy we are purchased

The sales process was good. Unfortunately the delivery process was not. I was given a window for delivery and waited for over two hours with no communication as to whether the items were going to take longer. I had to call and was told it would be another two hours or more she was unsure. I rescheduled and the same thing happened again. There should have been updates so I would not have had to sit and wait three additional hours after the stated delivery window.
Additionally there were several knicks on both bed frames and nightstands.

Justin Bruno the sales rep on Columbus Blvd was fantastic! We will be back because of him, A+ service and knowledge!!!

Chay Razine provided the ultimate customer experience. She was pleasant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knows her products and that’s very impressive. I have been looking at items on the website and while on vacation all the way from Bermuda, decided to visit the store to see items in person. Chay greeted us so warmly. She showed me everything I wanted to see. She answered every question. She brought my partner and I water. One of the highlights was when she showed us the smart mattress. She gave us a great tutorial and made she we understood all the features which definitely made us interested in purchasing. Chay also provided her details so we could contact her for further questions and purchases. She made me want to purchase from this store in future. You have a Top Notch employee in Chay. Thank you Chay for all your help.

Lamp was damaged when I took it out of box. Store is exchanging for me saturday. Still waste of time and gas money. What can you offer me for time and money spent as compensation?

Bought a sofa from raymour & flanigan and after several years it failed. They where unable to fix it and I received a credit for the amount I paid for it. So I was told to go to any store to pick out another sofa and I did, my problem is that I don’t think I should have to pay for delivery.
