This sofa is everything I needed. Great support, luxurious leather, great feel to touch.....and so on.

Mr. Dave Rosen, was my sales gentleman! He was a complete gentleman, my 11 year old son and I were moving from our family home into an apartment. Son and I had picked out furniture on line but though it best to see it in store. Mr. Dave, showed us everything we picked! He a wonderful classy gentleman! Customer service and the sales team were great to deal with. They make you feel welcomed and not pressured, they did not have what I was looking for on the showroom floor but my salesman Frank was able to order my furniture online and everything easy.

Ronald Evans was a professional salesman and got the job done. He made recommendations, walked us through the process and let us make the decision.

I purchased a few items, there customer service was very good, there was no pressure. The sales person Chryste Call was very helpful, answer all of our questions. Chryste let us shop on our own, she kept her distance but was right there when we had a question. Our time at Raymour & Flanigan in S. Philly was time well spent.
