We bought a sofa at the Coney Island location our representative was Mr Wynn. Mr Wynn was so personable, knowledgeable, and above all patient, we had a lot of questions and he had no problem answering them over and over and finding solutions that worked for us. We were not sure we were going to purchase that day but he made us feel comfortable with our selection. Mr Wynn goes above and beyond with Customer Service. In addition we will not hesitate to tell our family, friends and colleagues about Mr Wynn and his services at Raymour and Flanagan.

The store was very clean and well kept
The store was very clean and well kept, but the sales lady was very rude. She assumed because my ethnicity that I lived somewhere that wouldn’t work for delivery. I had to ask why did she think I lived in the projects and my couch won’t fit. I went to Ashley’s purchased a 3 piece sectional and had no issue. I explained to her I’m down sizing and she still wanted to argue with me. I just went home and purchased the sofa I wanted. Teach your saleswoman not to judge customers.

A living nightmare
Bad service my first time dealing with them was great I had a pull outbed put in the sofa so when he comes from California he can sleep and play his PlayStation that was in the living room where the big tv is until he started getting bit up I thought it was bugs cause it’s summer time I already paid for the merchandise so I threw it away thinking it was something he brought with him so I preferred another set it cracked on thin side had to bring it back they delivered another one it took 4 months ok I wasn’t surprised it was invested bedbug brand new so I called them they said no it can’t be I well it is my son was getting bit from the first one now this wow I was in hell knowing bedbugs was all in the couch threw it away didn’t have it for a two days and I’m paying on it still for 12 months bad I have pictures time stamp everything
