I went into the deptford outlet store with specific requests. Barbara was excellent and was able to meet my needs fully.

Sales man was very informative and professional. Allowed me time to process the information and make a decision.

I had a wonderful experience because of my sales rep. I think his name was Mel, he was awesome. Mel was knowledgeable about the patio furniture I purchased, and he was not pushy! When I go back to R&F I know not to go on Monday or Tuesday because Mel is off those two days.

We had a true gentleman by the name of Melvin Ashley take care of us. My wife & I thought he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & was not pushy at all. He afforded us our privacy, but was there when we needed him. He had some great suggestions, especially in the mattress area. I would highly recommend Melvin to all friends and family who are looking to buy furniture.

Buying went fine .Delivery wea terrible. I dint ask for next day but they told me it would be there. Waited an hr after our window and called was told 2 trucks broke down they are behind at 330 I was told 4 stops then me now 600 and haven't heard a thing. Terrible customer service.

Sergio our salesman was excellent! He did not jump down our throat when we walked in, he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want and the man In knowledgeable in the furniture business!!! Excellent experience for my wife and I. And Kevin the floor manager was Excellent also! I d recommend this team to all!

Everyone was helpful, patient and understanding of what we were looking for. Outstanding customer service and beautiful furniture to choose from.

The sales person took his time with me and explained everything to me. Will tell my family and friends. Love the bedroom dresser that I picked out.

We were pleased with both the selection and quality of the furniture. Our salesperson, Jay, was very knowledgeable about the different pieces and did not pressure us to make a purchase. He offered his assistance, made suggestions and ultimately made our experience enjoyable.
