We are returning customers and recently purchased patio furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. There was a nice selection, and we found the perfect outdoor dining table as well as sectional seating. Lori Coffey, our salesperson, was quite helpful throughout the process. Kudos to Lori and R& F!

Liz was amazing. So patient as I changed my mind on colors, styles, and even having to leave temporarily to visit my new home to get accurate measurements. It was a great experience and I am so glad that I chose to go with Raymour & Flanagan for my furniture needs.

Found exactly what I needed without pressure to increase my budget. Your representative Steve Devine’s was very professional and showed me a mattress and bed frame in my budget. Made the transaction easy and arranged the delivery date to meet my needs.

Greeted when I came in. Let me look around and gave me the time needed. Then when I needed the help was right there. Smooth and easy process.

Mike, the salesman was very professional, very knowledgeable about the products, informed us of the details and comparisons and let the products and the facts speak for themselves. He was not pushy and was entirely no pressure in our delays in making a decision and instead was very helpful. He is a great asset toRaymor and Flanagan and the kind of employee that makes the customer want to come back in the future.

The Sales person Iris Levy. Made the shopping experience very good. As senior citizens and a husband with a walking disability, Iris made our visit to the store extremely pleasant. She worked with my wife until my wife found what she wanted in a sofa and chair.

We checked out all of the local stores and this R & F store had the best assortment of furniture.

Lisa was so helpful! I explained I needed style comfort and knew exactly what I wanted. She was not pushy. I am very fussy on style and found a recliner sofa that I wanted. I had to get rid of a sofa I had and she explained to us I could put a deposit on it to hold the price and style I wanted. Went to another recliner store and they were over priced. If you need good service GO to R & F.

Your customer service is horrible
I brought a bed online. I was going through breast cancer tests and doctors .I didn't have time to go to the store. Ordered by mistake a hard mattress instead of soft and they wouldn't take it back. I had to sleep on it for 30 days. I couldn't. Then they said I had to buy this foam cover. It was like sleeping on a granite counter top. No one would listen and no one cared. It was in July 2025. I paid over 500.00 for a Bed I can't sleep on.

Representative was not friendly at all. I’ve been dealing with your store and some of my customers for a long time this particular rep I would not like to have again. Everyone else in your store has always been beautiful, professional and courteous and very people friendly this particular rep and my personal opinion needs more training to deal with the public. I still love your products and we recommend your store to any and everyone without her.

Brian the salesman was wonderful. He knew exactly what we were looking for, when I explained my husband had just gotten out of rehab.
