Christina Rubino was absolutely amazing!!!! She spent 3 hours with us while we literally look at every sectional.
She was just as sweet and helpful the next day when we decided to buy just a couch and chair. We just love her and will recommend her to all our friends.

I have been a customer of Raymour and Flanagan for probably 30 years. Today, I had a wonderful experience working with their online customer representative, AC Cosme. I have never made a large purchase on line and was somewhat hesitant to do so. I selected a sofa, love seat, coffee table and end table and placed them in my “shopping cart” moreover to earmark the items so I could remember them. I pressed the “chat” button because I had many questions. Within a minute I was responded to by AC who then called me. He helped me with all my questions and with the “on-line” process. He addressed all my concerns and was familiar with the pieces I was interested in and helped give me the information to make me comfortable making this on-line purchase. He walked me through each step and treated me kindly and cared about my concerns. It was an absolute pleasure working with AC and I am so grateful he is the person who answered my initial query. I applaud him for his dedication to customer service, his knowledge of the products and his integrity in treating people kindly.

I love the furniture. It was a relaxed experience, unlike a warehouse. The sales reps on two occasions were very helpful and knowledgeable, showing me different options, letting me look and try lounge chairs with all the buttons without rushing me. At no time did I feel pushed or awkward.

Katie Walton, Sales Associate in the Exton store was extremely helpful. I met her on a Sunday and provided her with some information including my floor plan for a new townhome that I will be moving into and asked her to help design a layout for LR, DR and 3 BRs.

She took on the challenge and provided me virtual floor plans in advance and then she assisted with walking the store and examining the products and making tweaks based on my tastes and budget.

Overall, it took a lot of the stress and hassle out of furniture shopping for me.

Two years ago we purchased a Stressless recliner from a local Non-Raymour store that closed. We then purchased another from Raymour. I would THINK that makes us a Raymour customer. Now we have an issue with the original purchase (chair will not recline). Stressless tells us to contact a local dealer. Raymour refuses to provide service because they didn't sell it. I will never spend a dime in their stores again.
