If I could give them negative stars
If I could give them negative stars, I would. We financed our purchase through their Freehold, NJ store with a financing promotion they offered. When they submitted the credit application and contract, they had someone else's name. Four months have passed and I am still trying to get the name fixed. I was told by a representative in the store that they were correcting the issue and I should see the name correction in one to two billing cycles. That never happened.
TD Bank is not much help either. I tried getting it fixed before the furniture was delivered but couldn't. If I hadn't already gotten rid of my living room furniture, I would have canceled the transaction completely. Now, if I tell TD Bank I'm not paying the debt under someone else's name, they will come to my house to repossess the furniture and destroy my credit.
My advice, don't trust them with your financial info. Do business with someone more honorable.

Greedy delivery drivers.
I purchased a bedroom set and needed some assistance taking the old furniture out as I am 8 months pregnant and it is obvious. I only wanted to move it down stairs and offered a $100 tip for their assistance. The delivery driver immediately told me no and stated they would have to take the furniture back to the ware house. I then offered $200 and in 15 minutes the task was done. Both old set and new set were in the appropriate places. Does white glove service not entail removal of old furniture ? This experience definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I always tip delivery drivers. But this was disgusting. I will also add that the delivery slot was for 8-10 am and they showed up a few minutes after 10 am.
I guess white glove means the drivers think they should earn 800/hr for their assistance.
