Ben, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and matched my needs to the style of furniture that was ideal for me. I am excited about the delivery of a beautiful chaise lounge in one of my favorite colors, in a size that fits just right into my small space, that accommodates my height and provides storage. I bought a mattress at 490 Fulton St, Brooklyn, and the selection was exceptional. Customer service couldn’t have been any better, Eva, the sales person, made this a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

In review of my billing statement, I noticed I was charged $119.95 for a Mattress Protector that was supposed to be free.

I was in for a new mattress. There was good selections of brands to try. There was also a good range of pices. Our salesperson Kimone was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions

I love Raymour & Flanigan Furnitures, quality is what I'm looking for. I spend a lot of money buying cheaper Furnitures only to have purchased the same items again.

I was offered refreshments as I walked through the store, my questions where answered with out hesitations and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They notified me of the sales as well and that helped me make my purchase.

We received fantastic customer service from David. He was very helpful but didn't pressure us.

Couldnt afford it..not only did he lift my spirit he patiently told me about all other options and I chose to sign up for financing I teared up in the moment Mr David Congratulated me I was overwhelmed and happy I was able to get a credit line to purchase the beautiful bed...his professionalism and skill of tapping into the customers needs is a extraordinary customer service skill I made a important decision without pressure to purchase anything.. my delivery date is November 4..Iam so excited with my purchase and my memorable experience at Raymore and Flanigan Kudos to Mr David

We were helped by Sam who knew exactly what we wanted and was of good knowledge and sense of humor. No pressure and very helpful. The store was quiet and comfortable to be in. It was a good experience and we are looking forward to the Loveseat we bought delivery in a couple of weeks.

The staffs were of great help to my needs.

The delivery guys where nice and my request to have their shoes off, before entering my apartment was well taken by them.
