False advertising
Well for starters the mattress we purchased was priced over $1000 which qualified for the free base. Then i was told that they were going to raise the price back to the original price so they could add the free base,which is false advertising. Then when the delivery team delivered the mattress they knocked over a flower pot on the front porch spilling out the flowers and dirt inside...I will never purchase from them again.

Mr. Sebastian Moore, customer service experience at Raymour and Flanigan at Kings Plaza area was awesome I will go back to visit again and I pray that I would get Mr. Sebastian Moore, he did a walk-through with all the bedroom furniture even though I had one particular in mind but he just showed me all the furniture and he told me were all the different types of bedroom furniture mean so I was very appreciative of his service, all questions was answered.
