Gaston Diaz in the Jersey City store was very helpful. He helped me find the furniture piece I was looking for and arranged for a speedy delivery!

I was pleased to purchase the Mariana dresser for one of my bedrooms and this was done via text. The reason for four stars is that platinum cover was added and I did not want or ask for this. Luckily I checked the price before I signed anything and asked for it to be removed.

The sales person was rude, she was working like robot. not helping, very bad experience.

I bought a mattress in hopes of receiving it by April 4th, as I was told I can have it when I'm ready. Our move was planned around this date, when I called to verify, I was advised they do not deliver on that date due to the holiday.

I was given the speech just for sale tactics.

I also did not have a time table when to expect a couch I bought, so I had to verify this myself.

Our purchase yesterday was stress free and fast. We were delighted when we walked into the store and the sales associate who greeted us was the same associate (Ruth Ann De Perio) who assisted us last summer when we purchased bedroom furniture for our granddaughter and a new couch for our family room. We explained what we needed this visit to Ruth Ann and in minutes she showed us three different variations of what we were looking for. We made our decision, paid and we were out the door all in under 45 minutes. Our furniture will be delivered this coming Saturday. The billing department was quick and efficient and Ruth Ann and the billing associate were friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Thank you.

First time I tried to buy my dresser, the website had problems. I ended up in a R&F chat, which didn’t resolve anything. I was even denied a discount. Tried again a few days later ... and now it’s out of stock. Ended up buying a different dresser. I have not been contacted yet about my delivery date ... but I am contacted about a review. I truly enjoy R&F furniture but this latest experience left me a bit disappointed. I hope the delivery will go well and that the dresser will be beautiful.

Chris was very helpful in solving the problem we had in fitting furniture into our apartment. He showed us various options that should work. The people at the jersey city location are always pleasant and helpful. And the follow up after a purchase is welcome.

The service was good, the only thing I didn't like was when I asked the delivery men to put on shoe cover he said they were not allowed to do that. I was surprised especially since we are dealing with a pandemic therefore walking through the home with shoes on our carpet we just cleaned that did not sit right with me.

Perfect! Every aspect from ordering online to delivery set-up and quality! Although we paid a delivery fee, I still gave them a tip! Hard workers!

Good customer service....the layout of store was easy to walk around.

I understand that Covid has delayed delivery for customers but the service I have received was horrible. I placed a order for 7pc dining set & sectional and I had to call to check on my order thankfully I did I was told bye customer service that my 7 PCs will be delivered but I’m waiting on 2 items for sectional, ok no problem but to only receive 5pcs and now waiting on my sectional and 2 chairs missing from my dining set. I called to check on my order for missing items and to be told that it will be delivered until mid December? I was pissed because I was told I was waiting on one more item so it can be delivered which was to arrive to store 11/24 and now I’m waiting on the whole sectional. Nope 👎 I want my money back paid in full and been patient with them but at this point they taking my items from my order to complete someone’s else’s other's!!!
