Great experience from walk-in to purchase. Dave gave us a brief overview of the areas we were looking to furnish to start then he gave us our space to decide, then came our list of questions which drove us to make final decisions. Great experience all the way around. We'll be back!!!!

Our salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable about purchasing a mattress. He made this daunting task very doable. He listened carefully to my needs and offered helpful suggestions tailored to my preferences and budget. The process felt stress-free from start to finish. I appreciated his patience as I asked questions and took my time making a decision. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and satisfied with the level of care I received.

R&F has a huge selection. Sales associate was very helpful and also patient with us as we took some time to select style and color.

I was attending a SMILEMA event on site and when I wandered in, looking lost, a friendly associate came up and helped me find my way. At the end of the evening when the event was over, same associate helped me wrap up sale of a lamp and even helped me get it to my car. The layout of the store was open and easy to navigate. Especially after Conrad's quick review of the layout of the showroom on his initial contact.
