I’m a long-time customer of Raymour & Flanigan what I don’t like about Raymour and Flanigan is that your sales people always give the impression that they’re really in it for the sale

Great salesperson ( Cesar ). Helped us navigate to decide which table and chairs colors would work with our cabinets and used a massive screen for demonstrating features of the product, graphically.

Customers not encouraged to social distance. Kids running all around the place un-attended. Checkout point funnels all customers and staff into a single point, no social distancing, very problematic.
Sales person was good but was constantly pulled away for phone calls, take care of the customer in front of you, not some random call.
Longtime customer of R&F but the checkout ( which also requires a manager in the mix??) is terrible... why do you need a salesman, manager and some person behind a counter all grouped together for an $800 chair purchase..
Please improve this.

Customer service is horrible! I have called for weeks to get my Platinum warranty honored. At the store they sell you this “warranty” to cover your furniture. What they don’t tell you is that they will charge you a 150 delivery fee and you have to call them for weeks so they can honor the warranty purchased. I spoke to so many representatives it was a joke and only 1 person was able to help me out at the end. Now I only have to wait for 5 weeks for the delivery. Not happy at all with their customer service. Not 1 person has called me after I explained my unsatisfying experience. Not what I expected from this place.

We worked with Lisa in the king of prussia location. She was great. She showed us every possible sectional that met our needs. And walked around as we sat on every cushion to find our favorite. By the third couch she knew exactly what we wanted. She wasn't pushy at all. Great experience.

My sales person Mona was very knowledgeable and courteous.

WEnt to the New R&F outlet in Lawrenceville NJ. Easy quick and pleasant experience. Nice selection of furniture. We were shopping for dining room set. Found a really nice set. Sales associate was awesome!!! Can’t wait for delivery tomorrow!!!

Generally shipping for furniture takes time but that was the shortest visit to a furniture store we've been to and we got exactly what we were looking for: a nice coffee table with its end tables.

i love that we didnt get jumped on the second we walked in and our sales person was super helpful and honest.

I enjoyed the opportunity to look around the store without sales people hovering over me. Once I found what I wanted a sales person helped me out, and another sales person helped me with the decision in terms of aesthetics. I have purchased a lot of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and it’s always been a positive experience from start to delivery.
