Accessible but not creepy and hovering customer service
I was really impressed with Naz, the gentleman who helped us. He introduced himself and asked if we needed help then gave us our space to explore. He saw we hovered around a specific couch and simply offered to measure it for us. Then on our way out he gave us his card and said his cell was on there and we were welcome to text him if we wanted the couch. I sincerely appreciated his low pressure but available approach, and that’s honestly why we bought the couch!

Great experience
Selene was super helpful in supporting with finding a couch. She was patient and informative without rushing or pushing a sale. She went above and beyond to make sure the couch was the one we wanted and explained the financing and delivery very well. The store was huge and had a lot of options. The Labor Day sale was great too. Will definitely come back next time I need furniture!

I bought from the R&F outlet in Springfield PA
The salesman was great at first very friendly and helpful but as we were looking at a few sofas and trying to make a decision he left us alone for a little bit but came back to early a few times, maybe that's what the salespersons do BC it's an outlet push the customer a little!? They delivered the sofa but the outlet forgot to put the power cords in with the delivery so they had to go back to the outlet to get them, I wish the salesman would've used my phone to make sure the bluetooth worked on the sofa for the music I can't get it to work as of now it worked with his phone but he should've showed me on my phone and there is no manual to look at. I have to say I am not really happy with the sofa and there is nothing I can do BC it's an as is item!

i have been on the phone as well email. we had a problem with cushion of couch not properly “shrink wrapped “ and not even 5 min into the highway at a speed of 55mph the back cushion of the couch flew off. if it were properly wrapped it should have not happened. i called spoke to the manager, who then directed my call to the supervisor of wrapping. unfortunately nothing has happened to replace the cushion. very disappointed

Everyone was great especially Carl and Stephanie but I do not get that I am being charged $79 to have a sofa delivered to my house that is less than 2 miles away. The other store on Baltimore Pike is further away than my house and I'm sure multiple trips are done there from your store. Please escalate so that I can get the delivery charge is taken off if possible. Thanks.

Pleasant experience. Salesman immediately available. Showed sofa beds available. No pressure. Not available in this store but was very helpful in ordering from their other location. The cashier was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
