Very friendly and helpful salesman Sean but dirty or discolored love seat.
Very friendly and helpful salesman Sean
But furniture was unsatisfactory. Back cushions and arms were dirty or discolored on the love seat. Called manager and he said he couldn’t help me. They were not like that on showroom floor or I wouldn’t have selected the love seat.

Our salesperson was excellent although the sofa would not fit through our doorway, but we are returning tomorrow to try and exchange and definitely would like our same salesperson!

My family and I were warmly greeted upon our arrival. Introductions were made and the purpose of our visit to the showroom. We were given the location of where the type of furniture we sought to purchase could be found. What I had not expected was the time my family and I were given to look over the choices on our own without someone following our every move. Once our decision was made our salesperson made her way over to us. She offered other suggestions after listening to our limitations of space and size of my son's and his fiancée apartment. The sale was made and we left with the piece in our car. Any employee we encountered was friendly and professional. This was my third encounter with this establishment and I was thoroughly pleased. That's why I continue to return.

My attempt to make a purchase became a two-hour ordeal due to a lack of available staff. The salesperson who was helping me was pulled away by another customer, who, frustratingly, was finalizing their purchase before I did, despite my approach prior to their arrival. This issue could have been prevented entirely if someone else had been available to assist either of us. To add to the delay, my financial account was unexpectedly frozen, and the CSR had to spend time contacting the finance department to resolve it.

It was an overall positive experience
It was an overall positive experience. We were greeted once we entered the floor and informed of the sale that was ongoing that day. The sales representative who spoke to us when we came in was considerate of our space as we perused the available furniture and was the perfect level of attentive where they checked in with us when it appeared that we were interested in a piece but also gave us space and time to discuss, take measurements, etc. We were pleased with the quality and as-is state of the piece of furniture that we chose and the customer service representative was efficient with providing additional details about delivery and when processing our payment.
