Angry salesperson.
I walked in the store and was greeting by a lady who-asked if I needed help. To which I replied yes. I’m interested in a bedroom set We proceeded to work to the where the bedroom set where and she asked if I knew what I wanted. I said let’s see , which angered her. Her response was I will get someone else to help you and I agreed. So John came over to help with my purchase. My question is do I not have the right to stop and think before purchasing something. The sales persons in the middletown store are dismissive , rude I was surprised she greeted me.

I was at the Middletown NY store I made…
I was at the Middletown NY store I made an appointment on a re select. To meet with a manager and a salesman was sent out instead. I guess we didn't deserve to see a manager. After I asked about purchasing a warranty he then went and got the manager. The manager who was Kevin Sagendorph was rude and didn't have a clue. I'm returning a couch that was serviced 3x so I found a couch that was going to cost an additional $1,500. I asked about a warranty and he said it isn't possible because of store policy, I said this loveseat is going to cost close to $3,000 what is my recourse if i have problems. He then proceeded to tell me that Raymore and Flanigan loses money every time a platinum warranty is used. When I got home I researched the couch and found Flex Steele has an amazing warranty on their couch. Why didn't the manager explain the warranty on the couch that its lifetime on certain areas 5 years on components and 1 year on everything else. After this interaction with this man I will never go to this store again and anyone who asks i will tell them, I will be getting that love seat. But I'm undecided if it will from you Raymore and Flanigan , I will NEVER SHOP Middletown NY Raymore and Flanigan again. I have bought a lot of furniture from you over the years. And after I found out about the warranty I called the store and the manager would not pick up the phone. He could have made a sale if he was more knowledgeable about the product and because of his lack of knowledge was extremely rude So basically you can't get a sale price or get a warranty with a re-select. I can't understand why you can't get a sales price If the item is on sale. If its a re select .

I ordered a bed frame on the website…
I ordered a bed frame on the website indicating that I would be able to pick it up at the store location in my town. I received a call stating that I would have to pick it up in another city which is about an hour from me including having to take a toll. There were no accommodations offered to me although this is an error on Raymour’s end.
