We found exactly what we were looking…
We found exactly what we were looking for plus more. I had bought a piece in the retail store only to find a matching piece at a much more reasonable cost. The staff really takes care to ensure your purchases are wrapped carefully and help you load it in your vehicle. Our family has bought many, many pieces of furniture here. Quality is great, nice staff and can't beat the prices. Please remember, you may not find what you want on your first visit so you have to stop by from time to time as their inventory changes so quickly.

We bought at the Clearance center
We bought our furniture at the Clearance center for Raymour & Flanigan but toured both buildings before making a decision. Our sales person was Jason, we called him Jay. He was very professional, listened to what our needs were, asked all the right questions then brought us to the area that had the furniture that we wanted to look for. He also directed us to Walter in the main store to view all other options while holding the piece we wanted to buy. Walter was great also. Patiently showed us the entire inventory of what we were looking for and offered us a bottle of water(!) We made our decision and went back to the outlet building and bought our piece. Great customer service, Andreu was helpful, give us some advice about choosing the sofa and very pleasant to talk to. Thanks. Everything was quick and correct. Delivery was delayed, but it was ok, because I needed to get rid of my old one. Everything came in good condition, exactly what we ordered.

Jay is great! This is the second time we have been to the store and been serviced by Jay. He is deeply knowledgeable and never rushes us to decide. The checkout, however, needs a little work. Jill was not personable and made mistakes in taking the delivery information.
