Sherry Toro spend a lot of time with us when we were upgrading our mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I had to make changes due to my bed frame and Sherry was able to help the next day make those changes for us. Would definitely recommend her if you are shopping for mattresses.

We have been working with Patrick Kugelman for a long time. He is always courteous and professional. He always answers all our questions. We have sent family members to him as well.

Blair was amazing! Great suggestions, very personable, and she was so very helpful.

Belinda was welcoming and knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She shared 4 different sofa beds with measurements and color choices. No pressure. We went home and thought about what would work best for us. We went back a second time and she helped us order and schedule a delivery time that was most convenient for us. 3 days and we would have our new sofa Ed.

Steve was our sales person. He claimed we only were approved for $3000, but I got a letter in the mail afterward that said we were approved for $9300. Then, after putting the money down and going to make a payment, it shows a $0 balance. What did Steve do with my information and why is there no record of my financing? It was even worse. When we went to go down-payment, payment, they had no record of the paperwork we signed with Steve the week before. I have made multiple purchases with Raymour before and this has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Don't know if I will ever want to come back.

We were looking to purchase a new King sized mattress. Rita Scanlon was the best saleperson! She was informative and knowledgeable about every bed in stock, pros and cons, and the differences amongst them. She was patient, answered all of our questions and was not pushy in any way! We bought a great mattress and we will definitely request Rita every time we visit R&F!

The guys were super nice super fast super clean and delivery was exceptionally quick

While Rachel who helped me was fantastic the results are awful. I bought a recliner sofa 2 years ago, one of the sides stopped working, a tech came out and said a new motor was needed, that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. No word from anyone I reached out according to the prompts and received nothing, I called 3 days later which was yesterday, Rachel looked into it and said it looks like the parts were never ordered and it will now be 6 weeks until they come. 6 WEEKS!!!! I paid good money for a couch that doesn’t work and have to wait an inexcusable amount of time to get it fixed and if I didn’t call who knows what and how long it would be!!!! You call this CUSTOMER SERVICE?????? Know that I will NEVER shop your store again and will tell anyone else about this unreasonable experience!!!!!!

After several unsuccessful attempts to get a chair repaired, we finally received a new chair to replace that one which was not fixed. We visited the store on 1/16/25 and fortunately, we met Brittany Gabriel, showroom manager at RF Montgomeryville, for the first time. She responded with efficiency and had a new one delivered immediately the next day. Thank you Brittany.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Diana in the customer service department at the Montgomeryville location.

I had a scheduled delivery that was never received. When I contacted the store to address and reschedule the missed delivery, I clearly explained my situation. Diana responded in a dismissive and nonchalant manner, stating that the product was no longer in stock, without offering an apology, explanation, or any attempt to provide a resolution.

When I expressed concern regarding the unprofessional nature of her response and the lack of basic customer empathy, the call was abruptly disconnected by Diana. Terminating a call in this manner is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism.

I subsequently contacted the store again and spoke with Erick, the store manager, who indicated that he would escalate the matter to her manager for review.

While I appreciate Erick’s willingness to address the issue, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in this location. Based on the level of service received, I would not return to or recommend the Montgomeryville store. I expect customer interactions—particularly regarding missed deliveries—to be handled with professionalism, accountability, and respect.

I am submitting this review so that corporate leadership is aware and can take appropriate corrective action.

Worst experience ever. Don't trust anything anyone says about delivery. First, one of the items I wanted was out of stock, but scheduled to be received 2 weeks later, so we picked a date a week after that for delivery. So it turns out the salesperson "forgot" to schedule the delivery date I had selected, so when that date rolled around, no delivery. So we scheduled it for a week later and they confirmed that all items were in stock. The day before the scheduled delivery, I received the standard text confirming delivery. Two hours later, I got a call that the items are out of stock - so, basically in the week between scheduling delivery and the delivery date they sold and delivered the items I had paid for weeks earlier to someone else. I need the items for guests who are arriving (beds for guest rooms). They came up with a work around that they would deliver the mattresses and metal bedframes until items arrive (allegedly in 2 weeks). Delivery was scheduled for the next day. I got the confirming text and in the morning. I got the "track your delivery text" the morning of the scheduled delivery. An hour later, I got a call advising - "oops", one of the bedframes did not make it onto the truck so we need to reschedule delivery for 2 days later. This nightmare has been going on for a month now and I am ready to cancel my order.

She's personable, knowledgable and certainly knows how to make a customer feel attended to without feeling overwhelmed!

Came back into the store after renovations were completed at our home. Belinda picked right up where we left off last time and found us just what we needed (and a bit more) at a price we could afford. She was patient and kind and checked for alternatives colors for the pieces we wanted. Great experience!
