This was our first time visiting
This was our first time visiting Raymour and Flanigan and when I walked through the door I was met by Rita Scanlon. I explained that what we were looking for and the space constraints and she showed me a few pieces of furniture. I then brought my wife back to see the furniture and it was exactly what we wanted. Rita was awesome, no sales pressure, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with from start to finish. The next time we need furniture will definitely be going to see Rita.

Extremely disappointed!
I am extremely disappointed Raymour and Flannigan. The sales associate was very attentive when we were in the store placing 2 large orders to furnish our new home. Not so much when I contacted her with my concerns.
I was notified that the headboard that went with my new bedroom set arrived cracked, and that they would get one to me “as soon as possible.” When the furniture was delivered to my house minus the headboard, they set me up with a double box spring without a mattress so I’ve been sleeping on my floor! I did reach out to the sales associate via email and she never responded. I ordered a bookcase/shelves to match the desk that I purchased, but was given the wrong color. I didn’t say anything because at that point, I was completely frustrated.
The one and only thing that I will say went perfectly was the guys that delivered my furniture! They were extremely pleasant, accommodating and went above and beyond in building furniture and placing it in the rooms.
I do not recommend Raymour and Flannigan and have no intention of purchasing furniture from this store in the future.

I was met at the door and directed to the spot in the store I needed to go. We were than left alone to make our decision. Once we agreed on price we were done and out of the store in about 45 minutes

When needed the sales person was very polite and willing to help. This was my second visit to Raymour & Flanigan and I will say your furniture holds up very well.
