As close to perfect as you can get
Hi. Myself and my 96 year old mother had a great experience shopping at your store. The store manager greeted us immediately and got us to the section we needed. After our couple hour marathon finding the right chair a wonderful associate by the name of Darnell walked us to the checkout area.
Our only issue was when the chair was delivered it was not working properly. After going to the store to find out proper channel for service, I decided to go back to my mothers room at the nursing home and do a little investigating on my own. I ended finding the color tagged wires behind the flap on the back of the chair were reversed. After switching yellow to yellow and green to green the chair worked just as it did in the store. Stuff happens, I will continue to shop Raymour & Flanigan its a great store.

Surprised in the delay and location for new pillow
I was purchasing one of the new Avocado pillows. The website clearly provided a date of the next date for pickup, but instead it is the next weekday and it was not even at the location where I purchased it.
I purchased on Friday, so still waiting for Monday to drive an extra 12 miles to pickup my new pillow.
The only reason I purchased from Raymour & Flanigan was I expected to pickup my new $116 pillow much sooner.

I appreciate I was not rushed at the entrance or rushed through the process. Melisa took her time answered all my questions and did different scenarios with different products and prices. The store was clean and organized and delivery was next day, quick and professional.
