Friendly staff, nice pieces, good experience
The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Frankie, our sales representative, was friendly, informative and helpful. He accomplished all this and still allowed us privacy and space to consider the products offered and discuss the features of our selections to make an unhurried decision. A nice sales experience and more stores should take note and incorporate it.

Upon entering
Upon entering, we were intercepted by a nice guy named Gerard. Him and I got to the point immediately, and I purchased a mattress within 5 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

I am very disappointed with Raymour & Flanigan over the false advertising with the delivery. I just found out I won't be getting my delivery until 11/24. Meaning I won't have the dining set by Thanksgiving. It was adverised as delivery within 1-2 weeks. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!
