Ask for Lynaya!

Honestly Lynaya from the York store is what made the whole experience wonderful. We got our sofa on 7/18. We went in a month before that and were completely discouraged we felt rushed and not heard. We went back after looking at multiple stores and brushed off the sales associates so we could look by ourselves. We were planning on looking and just ordering online so we didn’t have to deal with anyone. Thankfully Lynaya came over and actually listened to what we wanted and helped us figure out everything. She was patient, kinda, understanding, not pushy, and just overall very helpful. I 100% recommend asking for her when you walk in.

Mattress Shopping Made Simple

Where is the customer service?

On March 24, 2026, a three piece sectional was delivered to our home. One of the three pieces was damaged and one was stained. It took three and half weeks for the Raymour and Flanigan repair team to come to our home to see the damage...they needed to take pictures (even though we had sent in pictures) removed the stain and then determined that the defective piece would need to be replaced. They told us that we would hear from Raymour Flanigan within 24 hours. No call was received. We called three days later to learn that a replacement piece would have to be special ordered. Two weeks later we called again to confirm that the piece had been ordered. It was not...."the ticket" was never closed and so the order was then placed...now over four weeks after the delivery. We were told end of May. We called end of May and told the order was pushed out to mid June. Called mid June, order pushed out to July 1. Called July 1, order pushed out to July 10th. We called July 13th and told the order had just been filled and were ready to arrange delivery...six days later....finally received on July 18th.

This situation was not fully resolved for 16-1/2 weeks. Raymour and Flanigan never called us throughout this time period to keep us posted on the progress, not without us calling first. Raymour and Flanigan never offered a discount, different product, or special attention to a quick delivery once the order was filled. We feel as customers that we were not taken care. Once we paid for the sectional in full, it took much effort on our part to get this done, with the ball dropped several times by those in charge of delivering to our home a product that was without defect.

It will be difficult for us to visit a Raymour & Flanigan store in the future or to recommend it to others because of the way we were treated. Customer service was nonexistent for us as we worked patiently through this issue to finish furnishing our new home.

Definitely this store deserves a…

Definitely this store deserves a 5+stars I’m very happy with my exchange furniture. I strongly recommend Raymour&Flanigan.. they came home see the damages and gave me a credit for a new leaving room. I got the new set today I’m excited

Sam was great was in and out after the…

Sam was great was in and out after the decision was made with what I wanted to purchase. Would definitely work with Sam again especially after I was being stared down and simi watched by the other sales guys in this location who don’t know how to recognize a great sale before point of purchase. They can learn some new pointers on never judge a book by the cover.

Very poor delivery experience

This is for the South Philadelphia store. The sales experience and my salesman were great. That's why they get at least 2 stars. Delivery was awful. I scheduled my delivery for the afternoon, they were going to bring the new sofa and take away my old one. My window was 2:30pm - 7:30pm, I took a half-day at work to be home and prep for a smooth delivery. At 7:05pm I called to ask what the status was, I was told the driver was at the store picking up my sofa and would be at my house in 20 min. At 8:05pm I received a call from the store telling me the sofa could not be delivered because it was'nt at the store when the driver arrived to pick it up. (wait, what?) The young lady said it would be delivered the next day, I told her it would have to be in the afternoon after I got off work, she said she would arrange it. 8:18am I got an email with a tracking link saying the driver was 8 min from my house. I tried calling the store but they don't open til 10am. I called the delivery service but no answer. 10 min later the delivery service called back saying they did not have a driver coming, they were never contacted by the store. 10 min after that I got a call from the driver saying he was at my house. (it was a different delivery service) I explain the situation to him, he said he was not given any of that info...he did'nt know it was supposed to be an afternoon delivery or that he was taking away the old sofa. He said he would speak to the store, I asked him to have them give me a call. They never did. I called them at 10:30am, the young lady I spoke with did not have any information about any of this, even after putting me on hold to "speak with the store manager", she treated it like she was just arranging delivery for my new purchase. At this point it was apparent to me that they had no clue what they were doing, their communication and organization were non-existent, and it felt like they really did'nt give a fcuk. I asked for the purchase to be canceled and the charge refunded to my card.

Replacement part

I had a recliner looked at in April for a balance issue. The tech told me it would be 2-12 weeks for a replacement part to come in. After not hearing anything for 3 months, I stopped in the store to inquire. Amanda took the time to figure out what had happened and apologized for the delay. She was very friendly and efficient. It may take till the end of this month to get the part needed, and I appreciated Amanda’s assistance with this.
