Kathie at the Patchogue store was…

Kathie at the Patchogue store was extremely helpful and patient as we were deciding on a color sectional. She even had someone bring a chair out into the sunlight to see its true color and that was the moment I knew I made the right choice. Not only with color but who I dealt with. Also unlike other sales people she did not hover and follow us around. Would highly recommend her to work with! I texted her the next day with a request and she quickly got back to me and rectified the situation! Very happy customer here so far!!

Sometimes I felt just a bit pressured…

Sometimes I felt just a bit pressured to purchase. But overall our salesperson knew a lot about the items we were thinking about purchasing. He answered all our questions and tried to give us the best offer available for our purchase. We were disappointed we did not get all our purchased items in one delivery. A
But it all worked out.

Diane in the Patchogue location was…

Diane in the Patchogue location was very helpful! We came in for a recliner for my father. I knew what he needed, and we were in and out in about 20 minutes and bought him a beautiful chair that he will love. Thank you Diane!

R&F stands by their customer

I’m here to update my experience. R&F has decided that my sectional damage is a manufacturers defect and we will receive a full credit. If all works out, I’m happy to say that they stood by us.
Stay away from this company. I bought a sectional, delivered 7/1/24. By the end of September I started noticing that seams were ripping. We put a claim in for a manufacturer defect and it was denied. What type of furniture falls apart after 2 months? This is terrible. I should have just gone to Bob’s Furniture. I will keep posting this everywhere I can until you take responsibility for the poor quality of this sectional that we spent almost $3,000 on plus the platinum protection plan.
I was told that I would hear from someone today, 11/4/24, and no one called.
