I had to reselect a mattress. The manager was very helpful and didn’t rush us. He treated us with respect. The whole process went very smoothly.

I was met at the door by a knowledgeable salesperson who was able to understand my needs and help me to find the perfect piece of furniture for me. I was able to pick out the size, color and leg shape for my table. It will be ready within a short amount of time and I am very happy with my purchase. I have been shopping a Raymour & Flanigan for 20 years and they have never let me down. I highly recommend them. If i need other items in the future - I will start my search with them.

A salesmen showed me what I asked to see. He wasn’t pushy, just gave me information I asked for. When I called to place my order everyone was friendly and helpful.

Mambaye is great! Saw him 6 months ago but deal was not for us, he called to see if we would be interested in the Family & Friends sale and indeed we were, very happy with our purchase!

Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful without making me feel pressured. They listened to me and what I was looking for and showed me items that were accurate. They explained all pricing so there were no unexpected fees. The show room was very well stocked with many samples to choose from.

I received white glove treatment via the chat. When I couldn't get the website to work, I received real world help from Anthony T. via chat. He communicated effectively and made everything come together, even though it wasn't at his store. Thanks, Anthony!

It was great when the sales lady let us look around without being pressured. The showrooms had a lot of variety. Prices were good. Abby was very helpful.

I went to the showroom and chose a lift recliner, of course it wasn’t in stock. They finally called on a Sunday and we set delivery next day. Delivery was good except I had to wait the entire day. I thought the chair might be different as it looked bigger. Well, I could not sit in the chair, it was too high but the one in the showroom was fine. I called to see if they could take this one back and give me the floor model. After being on hold for over 8 minutes trying to get a manager, no one knew the answer and asking for my phone number for the third time, they said they’d call back, they did a few hours later and they said no returns. Now I am stuck with a chair I cannot use, this is where I am supposed to sleep due to medical issues. I was willing to take a floor model not even knowing how old it was and obviously countless people sat in and they would have a new chair that cost an arm and a leg. No concern that I lost all that money and the managers answer was, just sit in it and wear it in. DID you not understand me when I said I can’t sit in it? And no, due to the same medical issues, I cannot put a step or anything to get up in it nor did it work trying to use the lift a bit to try to sit in. My last purchase was canceled by me after they changed delivery date then failed to bring it sayin oops, it wasn’t on the truck. I should have known better. The floor staff was very nice but they don’t tell you everything. Shame on them.
