First time buying online
Made a purchase online. Was pleasantly surprised at the response and the proposed quick delivery time. Received a number of emails this morning all telling me to expect a delivery window any moment but the day and evening went by without getting an email. Called this evening to find out what the delivery window would be so that I could prepare and have someone available tomorrow, but that person couldn’t tell me when that might occur. So I’m in limbo.

Our representative Maybaye was great!! He was awesome!! He was knowledgeable, kind and not pushy. We purchased our sofa and recliner because of him. I would even hire him as my designer.

When I went to pick up my full size…
When I went to pick up my full size mattress . The representative, gave me the wrong size(twin) Luckily, I didn't open it. I had to drive back to the Warehouse and swap out the mattress for the correct size.
