I shopped for a couch at the store in Poughkeepsie NY where they have a showroom right next door to an outlet. Ivan Fernandez was our sales rep and he was just a pleasure to deal with. So nice, knew his stuff, has tons of experience in furniture sales and interior design. Showed us all the colors, fabrics, configurations and sizes that the couch came in and we found one that would fit in our space in a color we wanted. He showed us all the swatches that would go with our color scheme/living room walls for the 2 throw pillows that come with it. We are very happy with our purchase. Even though it was a custom order, he gave it to us for the same price as the floor model and saved us over 300 dollars. He was such a nice guy and helped us out a bunch. I will definitely be using him for future furniture purchases. They have such nice stuff in their showroom, its laid out beautifully, and it's very reasonably priced, quality furniture.

My experience was the greatest Abby Orlando is a terrific lady she went over everything with me she showed me every living room set that I might be interested in to she didn’t rush us she has lots of patience for questions she’s a sweetest woman ever

I was exceptionally pleased to be greeted and asked gently if I needed any assistance. Nothing pushy. Upstairs I was greeted by Mr. Tesan who directed me to the area I was interested in. Again, polite, helpful, not pushy. After receiving information he gave me time to wonder and look on my own. I left feeling no pressure. He did catch up with me and gave me his card. Later I emailed him for additional information and was again pleased that his response was helpful. I went back the following day and we reviewed my decision, discussed options and I'm happily waiting delivery.

I was greeted promptly with a welcoming attitude. Ivan, was a pleasure to work with, he answered all my questions and wasted no time.

I had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress and its accessories. The sales person was quite accommodating and knew his merchandise. The task of buying a new mattress was painless. However, my only complaint was that I was buying pillows as well and the “package pillows” which came with a promotional sale were not available for seeing or feeling so I have no idea what I will be getting for the price I paid! I am taking a risk! Let us hope I am satisfied with the end product. And secondly the free sheet set is a mystery as well since there was no option for color! Nothing was said except it is free. I suppose I should be happy!
