Abby made our purchasing experience easy and stress free. She is very thorough and knowledgable.

It was very easy and the salesman Louis Bianco was wonderful.

Lou was wonderful greeted us at the door and assisted us in finding everything we needed. He even carried a pillow that we need to match with the rest of the furniture the entire time.

Allen Cohen was a great help in selecting our mattress. He was very knowledgeable and convinced my husband that a adjustable bed would be great for him. Delivery was also exceptional. Kyle and his partner were on time and very professional.

Sales person very helpful, answered all our questions and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

Steve tucci is the most helpful salesman ever, I keep coming back to Raymour because he takes his time and makes sure we are happy even after the purchase and delivery .

Very helpful with a problem mattress. Sent someone to my home and determined it defective. The manager helped me choose a new mattress and it will be delivered in a few days. While I was there I also placed an order for a new bed.

Order will not be available in store till August. Ordered it 2-23 and needed within a week. No one called to notify me it would take this long to pick up. Very unsatisfied. Paid on full and get this type of service. Not good at all!!!

I received excellent service from my salesman. It was quick, he took care of my purchase and went the extra mile to help me.

Service was great and tech was so courteous and helpful. Manager reviewed tech’s recommendation and will send new mattress of my choice and issue refund for balance instead of store credit. That encourages me to shop there again
