I was left alone for a good amount of…

I was left alone for a good amount of time which I LOVE! Then Ahmed (aka Mo) came and asked me if I needed any help or questions answered. Never felt pressured and got me a better price than the sale was. Got a great new couch!

Another perfect purchase at Raymour & Flanigan in Rockaway thanks to the EXCELLENT sales & planning help from Annmarie Bakovic! She took her time and applied her expertise in designing a new dining room table and chairs set for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we absolutely love the set she designed for us!

BUYER BEWARE

We purchased a sofa in April of 2025, within months one of the seat cushions started to fail. Soon after that a recliner control failed. We reported the issues in November of 2025 as we did purchased the premium service agreement. A gentleman came out and stated he needed to order parts. 12 weeks later the sofa is still not repaired. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 2/1/2026. The next day the BBB responded by saying Raymour never ordered the parts. The parts were finally ordered AFTER The BBB contacted them. Another 8 weeks of waiting.

Horrible furniture, worse service ever, as they do not pick up the phone or call back. Absolutely the worse....

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. We didn’t make it very easy for them with a last minute change on a special order. But they were fantastic and got everything straightened out for me quickly and set me up for delivery. I will continue to shop here just for the customer service alone, not to mention the furniture quality.

Great selection. No hype or hard sales pitches.

Great selection with a lot to look at. The salesperson, Anna Marie was very low key and showed me some options based on what I was looking for. No hard sell and very accommodating. Felt more like a conversation than a sales pitch when I talked to her. Very positive experience. I called back the next day and placed an order.
