Came in to inquire about switching out a mattress that was very uncomfortable. It had a year warranty - they processed a credit - wrote up the new matress and I was on my way. It was a nice easy transaction

Exceptional
From start to finish everything was really great! We did a special order (Durham Furniture) solid wood bedroom set. Took a little longer to get because it was a special order but so worth the wait. Absolutely gorgeous and great quality. Got a new mattress as well (not sure if people know that Raymour sells mattress' but they do)
Delivery team were very professional and polite as well.
