Steve Pelleron.

My consultant, Steve Pellerin, was very informative, made good suggestions, and did not pressure me into buying. I think Steve is an asset to your sales team. The selection of furnishings was plentiful and price rangers were agreeable. Something for everyone.

Bill is absolutely fabulous

Bill is absolutely fabulous! He greeted us at the door and was beyond helpful and informative. He spent time with us, let us browse on our own, gave insight into everything we were looking at, went above and beyond. We found our furniture person for life.

Jennifer was just lovely!!

Jennifer was just lovely!!
She didn't bug me like some furniture salespeople do. sometimes Somegomes the salespeople make you feel like vultures are coming to get you!!!
I never felt this way with Jennifer. She was polite, respected my space, and answered my questions perfectly.
She's wonderful.

We visited to look for a love seat

We visited to look for a love seat. Omar S was helpful in showing us our options. Although we did not intend to purchase that day Omar’s help; we decided to purchase a beautiful leather loveseat. Thanks Omar for your patience and support.

Our sales associate was Joseph

Our sales associate was Joseph, he was very knowledgeable and helped out the multiple times we went into the showroom. We were in the middle of a renovation so needed to hold off on delivery. Joseph stayed in contact with us to make the process easy once we were ready. We had a defect in the couch and my husband was contacted by the manager Marc who made sure we got the piece replaced. The customer service was something I dont see anymore. Will definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan

I was asked to rate my new furniture…

I was asked to rate my new furniture experience, but I have not ordered any new furniture in the last few years. I have been trying to get my sectional couch purchased here repaired for months now with little support. I have scheduled repair appointments and no technician ever showed up, twice. I have been trying to make another appointment now for weeks. The frame of the sectional looks broken, and even after purchasing the protection plan. It looks like I won't get any repair or support for this....Would never shop here again after this experience with our couch.

We bought a kitchen Island and the…

We bought a kitchen Island and the pleasure to have a wonderful saleswoman help us pick it out and was very pleased, so! Decided to by the high back bar stools because of my back, then we needed two more! The island was completed, but then we saw a few things cracked and scratches, we called and told the manager, they got back with us and had two nice guys to come and look at it, but anyway it turned out that the island is manufacturing damaged, so! Will be getting a new kitchen island on this weekend! Thank you for being there for us! They kept their policies very well! In the future hope to go back and something else that I may need! The Aubin family, Warren ri!

I had an unfavorable experience with my…

I had an unfavorable experience with my last purchase. I received three different notifications that my item was ready for pick up and each time that I took time out of my day to pick it up. It was not there. The last such attempt to pick it up I was just going to ask for a refund, but the store manager gave me assistance to have it delivered. Otherwise, I would’ve canceled the sale and not brought anything in the future.

Poor experience twice in three months

This is the second time in the last 3 months that I have had to order replacement stools for ones that have cracked since purchased in 2019. Both orders went smooth online but picking up either of the purchases at the Seekonk store was far from that the initial positive experience. In December, I drove to the Seekonk store thinking that my order was in based on date chosen during purchase but was told the transfer was never made and the order was processed again. Instead of someone calling me, I was instructed to call in to confirm. When I called a week later, the transfer did not occur for the second time which was blamed due to a glitch in the system not allowing for it to be released. Third time was the charm for this purchase. Fast forward three months later when a second chair chair cracked from the 2019 order. I order a replacement again, get a confirmation call that my order is in, and proceed to the store for pickup. The employee at customer pickup spent a good 20 minutes looking and then returns to say that even though the system shows that it came in it could not be found. No mention of how this situation could be corrected. When pressed for a manager the response was well you can drive to the front of the store to talk with someone. Probably does not look good when potential customers overhear this poor experience only for the manager to come back after finding it, blaming it on being miss marked.

The 2 stars are for the sales staff

The 2 stars are for the sales staff, otherwise I would have given 1. I bought a power recliner, with an extended warranty, because R & F said that repairs were done by them instead of by a third party. When the chair stopped working I made an appointment. I waited all day. They were a no show. No call no explanation. I have since tried two more times to make another appointment and they can’t be bothered to call me back. The warranty is a scam, and they have lost my business.
