The help I received at the RF store was wonderful. It was delivery, however, that was a mess. I was proactive and arranged to have my existing couch removed prior to the delivery of the new furniture. I was informed prior to my delivery, however, that part of my order was lost in transit and learned the following day that the remaining part of my couch was damaged and needed repair. I will now have to wait an additional 2 weeks to receive some of my order and at least another 2-4 weeks to receive the remaining part of my order. And while waiting, I will not have a couch. I was thankful to at least have the delivery fees waved but this was still a very frustrating process and I would hesitate to visit RF again in the future.

Customer service and quality of furniture and how fast it could be delivered was amazing

I ordered online but it was quick and you had the inventory . I didn't have to wait 5 to 6 weeks. The prices are competitive as well.

It was a great experience staff members are welcoming and helpful.

Lena was an amazing help from the moment we walked in she was with us every step of the way. We even left the store to go look at other furniture stores in the Somerville Plaza but came back because we were in love with the selection. Lena got us a fair price and took care of everything. The best part is that we walked away with a new living room couch!!

We had such a wonderful experience. Chaz our sleep consultant was very knowledgeable and nice. We are also pleased with our bed and the delivery which was very quick.

A little too early to tell as we haven't gotten the furniture yet but the website was easy to use and the order easy to process. Automated email processes follow-up have been good as well.

Great customer service, availability of lots of the furniture shown, very prompt shipping. Delivery was a breeze. Great store compared to other furniture stores I’ve dealt with before. Glad it opened in Assembly Row in Somerville.

The bed frame and the couch was to be delivered on Wednesday they didn't do thst and didn't communicate with us. This is bad service.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by Chaz -- and he was FANTASTIC! So down to earth, professional, friendly, and clearly was very knowledgeable about mattresses/beds. He was extremely helpful and even found a solution for the particular challenges I have in my bedroom so I was able to get the adjustable base after all (when another store told me I wouldn't be able to). I am SO excited and can't wait for my delivery! I have already recommended this store and Chaz to others, and I will definitely shop there again in the future!

Great experience. We casually went to check the store out, not planning to buy anything but ended up getting a chifforobe! Fakir showed us around the store and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience great!

I walked into your store at Assembly Square, Somerville, MA to start some comparison shopping for a mattress. I always buy my mattresses at Jordan's but just wanted to compare. Lena Wilcoxen was very helpful in leading me through the selection process. In short order, we found the right one for my needs. When Lena told me that delivery is free including removal of old mattress, and best of all, that I could receive it the very next day, I was sold!
