Raymour & Flanigan - Southampton Reviews 

I ordered a desk in December 2020 and still haven’t received it as of today, 4/12/21. I asked for expedited shipping on a second desk after the first desk came in damaged in February, but clearly didn’t receive that. I feel I am at least entitled to a discount or partial refund at this point. I am looking to refurnish my family room next, but probably won’t consider Raymour & Flanigan for this project.

Maya Blank was outstanding. Very professional! She was so very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. She was awesome!

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, & helpful. She answered all my questions & processed my purchase in a timely manner. Well done!

Michele was awesome and took the time without being pushy to help us make the best selection for a bed. She was very personable and we will be making sure we meet with her for out next purchases in the future.

We went to Raymour and Flanigan looking for new living room furniture, bedroom furniture and maybe bunk beds for our grand daughters! Rita was amazing, she knew the products and was so helpful! Most of the furniture was on back order, but we expected that! The bedroom furniture ended up coming in a couple months earlier than expected so we are thrilled!

Reagan is an exceptional sales associate. She is very professional and thorough understands all the products. When questions are asked her response time is fast. She always has a solution. You are very fortunate to have her representing your company. I wish everyone in the industry should follow her by example. We were overjoyed by our experience. Thank you!! Jill leonard

Raymour Flanigan is a wonderful place to shop for furniture. Especially the Southampton store. It is inviting and I always find something I want.

Richard Kramer in the Southampton store is who I look for to assist me with my purchases. He is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The sale man and manager worked with me, to correct a previous bad experience. I was given a nice discount,and purchased a new mattress. This re purchased made up for being taking advantage, from a sales associate, four years age., who sold up a very pricey mattress, that was a terrible fit.

Buying our recliner was exceptionally easy. Judy was an excellent salesperson, helpful but not pushy. The selection. Do chairs was adequate and prices were good.

The store we purchased from was great! Emma was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. It was a good experience.
However, your outlet on Redlion rd was not very helpful and was not giving us sale prices for the mattresses and we were help by store manager. When I asked her about sale, she responed I cant give you a price until I know what you need. Frame, box spring etc.. What? We left and went back to see Emma.
Also, I have been trying for 3 days to schedule service on my table. I can not get through on the phone or chat line. Wait times are 153 minutes. That's insane!!! They offer to call you back but no prompt to push for that to happen. Not Happy !

Salesperson took me right to the furniture I was looking for. Within minutes, with the salesperson’s help, I purchased my new furniture. I will definitely shop there again.
