Salesman ( Jerry Hunt) very pushy and deceiving. He asked questions like “where else was I looking and where did I purchase a bedroom set after I left the store and came back. When I said I needed to think about a $6000 purchase and was going to leave the store, the salesman told me to put down $100, which I’ve never heard of before. He entered my purchases in the computer and when I asked if they would be saved while I considered the deal, he told me they would not and I would need to pick out all the items again. This was definitely I lie because when I returned everything was still in the computer. I felt like he was pressuring me to not leave the store. When he was asked to explain a rebate he told us we received, which didn’t appear on the bill of sale, he became condescending and rude with a comment..” I can take the rebate back if you don’t want it”. We’ve purchased furniture from your store on more than one occasion, but would reconsider shopping elsewhere next time. And definitely plan on spreading the word about this negative experience. Just to add, I’ve never had this kind of experience at any store while shopping for furniture.

I can't say enough about Bree Morgillo. She was responsive and worked with us to find the best solution.

My husband and I recently stopped in to look at some furniture. Brennan greeted. us while we walked in. But at the moment we didn’t want to be bothered we just wanted to look around. We had a idea what we were looking for ,but wanted to confirm it. After a few minutes. He walked over to help us. I felt he was being very pushy and rude. You can tell he was just worried about making a sale. I get it you work of commission. But the way he even came off and pushed and something’s he said, totally set me off. At the end, when I said I just wanted to go home and confirm some things first and measure certain things, he then handed me his card fast and said well, I’ll be back on tuesday and walked away. I normally don’t write reviews but as a huge business owner, I was totally appalled on his actions. He deff didn’t come off is a people person or a sales man. Deff had lost my sale and I found someone else to work with in the company.

Salesperson guided right to what I was looking for and purchased.

We stopped in at our local Raymour and Flanagan store in Clay, NY on August 1st to look at bedroom sets. We were met by a very cordial sales representative who, once she learned why we were there, showed us where the bedroom sets were displayed, provided some good information to assist us in making our decision, and then left us alone to take our time to look at the sets at our own pace. When we had a question, she was close nearby, and proved very knowledgeable about the sets. She provided very good advice, and also helped us in sorting out the mattress selection. We made the purchase, and she gave us a time estimate for delivery. She kept us apprised of the status of the furniture. When the furniture arrived at their location, she informed us and set up a delivery schedule. She really followed through to make sure we knew what would happen and when.
On delivery day, the communication on delivery timing was very good. We liked the electronic tracking of the delivery. Our delivery/installation team also called when they were close. The two men who brought our furniture were extremely courteous and careful with the delivery and installation. We had purchased living room furniture a couple of years ago from the same store and that experience was very good. However, the experience this time surpassed the previous experience. Thank you to Raymour and Flanagan and everyone involved in this buying experience.

First we went online and put our location in so that the store we go to would come up. We then put in what we were shopping for to narrow the options down and see if the couch and recliner that we were looking for would be available to see and try out in the store. There were a few that were that we liked. We went into the showroom and were met by a very friendly and welcoming salesperson named Lori. We told her what we wanted to look at and she brought right to the first set. We tried it out and that was that - we were happy and bought it, set up a date for delivery less than a week away and it was done. It really doesn’t get any easier than that!!

The sales person spent more time looking at herself in the mirror than being attentive to a customer. I had to hunt her down twice to get my questions answered.

Jim was very helpful without being pushy. He was more then willing to help us find what we were looking for and if they did not have it he would show us something similar

I originally ordered a sectional from Raymour & Flanigan that unfortunately did not fit through my door. Being a small space already, needing smaller individual sections, and being on a budget made this task almost impossible. Brennan Sullivan was incredible to work with. He spent 1.5 hours with me going through every possible option he could come up with, doing a lot of math, and ended up piecing together something that fit through my door and in the space perfectly. I'm so pleased with the end result. That kind of dedication seems rare these days and I'm grateful. If you're looking for furniture, don't hesitate, ask for Brennan!

It was all so easy. From picking out a sofa to financing.

We were greeted (not immediately, which was very nice!) by a friendly salesman. He was helpful with my request for a daybed. They did not have any on site, but he suggested I look at their website. He informed me they had several options.
I did just that, and I found one I liked and ordered it.

Jerry hunt, was very personable and listened to what we wanted. It was a no pressure informative experience. Even when we said we needed to go home and measure our table he didn’t pressure us at all.
There was another man that helped us place the order, and he was also great- he remembered what fabric we had decided on from the day before!
Definitely recommend!!!
