Website would not accept payment repeatedly for my mother. I used my own to purchase and was sent a text message with a link from R&F asking for my personal info included social security information which I never provided in the first place. When I called the store to ask what the text was all about, they basically said they didn't know and to disregard. Left feeling like my personal information was not safe after this transaction, and the employee went to no lengths whatsoever to reassure me otherwise. Couch is scheduled for delivery in two days, and I'm hoping that goes well...

We went to R&F specifically to see if we could find a leather recliner with remote control. My husband is having trouble with his hands. Tom Seaver was our sales person. He knew exactly what we needed and took us directly to the recliner that we ended up purchasing. He showed us all the amazing features. Our chair was delivered within days, according to our free schedule. We love the chair and Tom was great. We can always find exactly what we are looking for at Raymour & Flanigan.

My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and took care of all of them. He went above and beyond to address all of my concerns.

King size bed purchased two years ago has completely fallen apart. I did not buy extended warranty so I am stuck (and still paying). I am definitely not thin but I am less than 240lb == the bed should not have completely collapsed within two years of purchase. Zero stars.

We were welcomed as soon as the door opened and from there on the experience was top notch.everyone was friendly but not over bearing .once they knew we wanted solid wood we were showed the perfect dinning set the chairs and bench are made to stand up to everyday use

AJ was an excellent salesperson who let us explore but also listened to our needs. She came up with an alternative we didn’t consider. She was excellent! No pressure, just cordial and helpful.

Salesman knew exactly what I wanted. I told the salesman exactly what I needed & wanted in a loveseat & he showed me many loveseats that fit my criteria. I did narrow down the piece I purchased. I tested out every display model to make sure it fit my disability. Very pleased.

Greeted pleasantly at the door, sales person helped us find what we were looking for without being intrusive.
