Super fast and friendly
Super fast and friendly. I did have to remind them to take my old mattress, but he was very nice about it. Normally I get my timeframe estimate the day before, but I had to contact customer service to get it this time. Either way, the guys are always very friendly and sweet to little ones and animals as well!

I went to the location on art 31 in Clay. When I first moved here 21 yrs ago I went in there and furnished my entire house. 6 yrs ago I again furnished my condo. I was looking for something for my kitchen , an island or small buffet. The salesman who I saw on entering said they really didn’t have what I wanted but I looked around. He offered no alternatives, like your website or upcoming sale . I may be 75 but I just retired as Dir of Sales in Aviation. So luckily I accessed your website and made my purchase .

My salesman, Jim Harris was wonderful. I had expected to shop around first but it wasn’t necessary. At 75, having bought many mattresses in my lifetime, the buying experience was the best I have ever had. Delivery was set up for the next day and was on time, efficient, professional, neat and considerate. Communication was impeccable. Email, texts with my purchase and updates in real time.
