Website and selection a breeze. Online purchase a nightmare. Purchase was flagged by their poorly configured cybersecurity application. Question for the Company's Online Security: "If the purchase is approved by my Credit Card Company (USAA) why would you prevent the transaction?" Anyone with a single functioning neuron would realize that is not good for your business model. Your customers should not have to schedule an appointment with Raymour & Flanigan's corporate proctologist to obtain approval for a transaction.

I purchased a mattress that was extremely uncomfortable and was able to exchange for a different one and not have any issues. Renee was professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Renee took the time and effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
