Free removal of old mattress is a lie. They will only remove the old mattress if there is absolutely no sign that the old mattress has ever been slept in. Same is true for warranty.

My husband and I had a wonderfull experience. I hope our relationship with Raymouir & Flanigan will continue as posititve.

Was taken to the area that displayed what I was looking for and then got ghosted. Had to find salesman to move forward with the purchase. The discount on the item was nice, but by the time protection, tax and delivery was added it was over my budget. When I said I wanted the protection removed, he went and got the closer. Was ready to walk when they finally backed off.

Alex was extremely helpful in our search for a new sectional. We had visited another furniture store and the salesperson followed us around their store which was not only annoying it didn’t seem to help! Alex allowed us time to check things out and would check every now and then which was helpful and comfortable!

I was very happy with my experience in selecting a new mattress. The sales associate was friendly, listened to what I was looking for and the price range I had in mind. Was also able to set delivery for the next day.

Tom was very helpful showing us recliners. He was very knowledgeable about the features of different models. We then went to look at other stores, but came back to the perfect one Tom had shown us!

We asked for our product to be left on our front porch for we were in quarantine and we would get it when they rang the door bell and left! But they wouldn’t do that for us. It was a gift I didn’t want it set up I just wanted it left on the porch to protect us and the drivers. So I took my business elsewhere

I ordered my loveseat over the phone and it was all very easy. The agent set up a delivery date and it arrived on time. This is the second one I ordered as I also bought one for camp because I loved that one so much.
