Alexandria was just fabulous. She really took wonderful care of us and all our questions.

John was very helpful and attentive. I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision. Old school follow-up much appreciated.

Until the furniture is delivered I am not ready to rate the transaction. I ordered a table in February only to find out in May it would not be available until September. In February I received notification that it would be delivered on two different occasions and was not provided with any additional explanation. I understand the issues with supply chain but was frustrated by the experience. Fingers crossed everything works out but I am pessimistic given my recent experience.

Greg was very helpful but not aggressive, he gave me time to look around. He answered all my questions and was kind. I wish he told me he was going on vacation the following week. Then I would have had him write up the sale so he would have gotten the full sale and not a split with Lori.
Lori was quite pleasant and wrote up the sale and split it with Greg. It
was a bit confusing because Sam called me when I was out of town because the credit app went to his portal. I told him I would be in Tuesday and I would meet him at the store. He told me he would be there 1 to 9 on Tuesday but he wasn't there. So I explained the situation to Lori and she wrote it up with my original salesperson.
I was wishing Sam was there so he would have gotten a split on the sale. I worked there almost 20 years so I understand the commission situation. Over all things were handled professionally and a pleasant experience. The store looked beautiful!

The sales person was phenomenal. I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me my options. He was always there but gave me time to view and make my decision. He was so kind and helpful. I got exactly what I needed and some things I just wanted!

I had great service, it was a phone ordered that was handled very efficiently!

Jay Beck was very helped me a great deal to find a mattress that is perfect for me as well as a pillow to go with the new bed. He listened carefully to my needs and found the perfect combination for me.

Then I wanted to look at sofas. I described what I wanted in a sofa and he led me to the perfect sofa except I didn't like the upholstery. But he found a different sofa by the same manufacturer that had a fabric I liked much better. So he found that because the sofas were made by the same company, I could get the fabric I preferred for the first sofa. I was very happy with the outcome.

It was a very positive experience.

I felt our sales person was very knowledgeable....however I am the kind of customer .....that when I come shopping for something I know what I want ....

I had a large order 10000$ I went to my local store where John the salesman was Excellent. I am relocating to NYC and he stated it wasn't a problem to order from the Clay store and have it delivered. Well that isn't happening, wasted a 5hr trip as a manager went into my order for who knows what reason and canceled it. So I drove down wasting a day and hotel, will need to drive back and waste more time and money because of this "mistake". The only compensation free delivery 288$, I have wasted way money for this screw-up. And have no furniture so I forced to return home and wait till Tues which is totally ridiculous. I understand things happen but when it is 100 percent a businesses fault they should do everything to make it right. I have always shopped at the Clay store and recommend it to every one, Well no longer will Raymour be my furniture store, I get am 1 customer in your Billion dollar business, I work for a Billion dollar business and we certainly make things right and treat every customer with respect and if we make a mistake we fix said mistake.... very disappointed and unacceptable business.

I ordered a bedroom set on line. Plus I ordered a mattress with free adjustable base promo.at the same time. The site was easy to navigate, the financing went smoothly and I was able to schedule my own delivery date. That's why I am a repeat customer of Raymour & Flanigan.

We are very pleased with our sofas, the only problem that we have is we where never told by the salesman or did we notice that the leather one with the recliners was not a wall hugger and we where not planning on it having to be so far away from the wall. It took a little bit of getting used to

Our visit was easy. We had the names of the pieces, and she took us directly to them. Had us sit and check out if it was what we wanted. Quick and efficient experience.

Purchase was easy. Delivered when promised. The product was as described.

Just about one year ago an arm on dining room chair broke off. So I went in and ordered another arm. Was told it would be a few weeks. No problem! Few weeks went bye and no word. Called and was told it was on back order....well this happened at least 4 times. Stopped in beginning of October and spoke with manager. She said - no surprise to me it was on back order and would be in the end of November . Well first week of December went back in spoke to manager again and she said she would look into it. That following Monday got message on answering machine that it would be a couple more days. Two days later got another message that unfortunately that item has been discontinued . Not only that but if I want the part (side arm) I would have to buy the only chair in existence which was 90.00. Well went right up to store because my patience ran out. Was told I would have part in couple days. Get a message that they were giving me the whole chair. Get an email saying I could pick up after dec 15th. Showed up 16th and chair was not there. After waiting an hour was told someone was going to drive it over from warehouse. Yes I did finally get the chair- 1 year later!!!!! I have never seen such poor customer service in my whole life! I will never ever shop at Raymour and Flanagan again...ever!!!

We were looking to replace a chair in our living room and we were greeted by a nice young man named Aidan. He showed us many different choices and bit did we put him to work! My wife and I ended up buying two new chairs. One a stock one and the other a special order so the fabric can match. He did an amazing job!

The salesman helping me was so very nice! I came in with a specific need and he lead me right to what I was hoping to find!

Same was awesome! We actually dealt with him about 5 years ago when we purchase our mattress and he was great then too. It was a pleasant coincidence to deal with him again. We told him we will be purchasing a living room set a bedroom set and a new mattress in the next couple months because our house will be done being built. He went through different financing options with us and was very knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to work with you company.
