The sales staff was very helpful not pushy at all and answered all my questions and concerns. The delivery staff was excellent very efficient and care full handling of all the pieces I purchased. Delivery process was the opposite of a positive customer experience, and the salesperson in the store was passive aggressive and rude.

Mary Trochalakis helped me to find items that met my requested design. So I could pick the best one for my needs.

Our salesperson was great. She gave us space and left us alone as we were trying out items, then made sure we had choices at the end. Not too pushy but lots of knowledge.

Not sure what the sales persons name was but billing calls him KMBB if that means any thing. He was carious helpful and very understanding and took the time to help us with what we needed to know. In so doing we bought a mattress and really was just looking . Richard & Geraldine

We went to the local store but was told to go online. Then we ordered and it said 12-16 weeks. Since we are not in a desperate need right now we will wait but the time does seem to be excessive.

Our salesperson Liz Bello made our experience exceptional! She gave us enough space to look around and approach her for her sense of what we were looking for. She was patient as we changed thing’s multiple times.

Kevin the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife and I with our mattress selection.

Horrible experience, very frustrating. Sent my wife and daughter to buy kitchen set, the sales girls call me at home to verify my identity. She enters info into the computer wrong (security questions) and gets locked out. She tells me I have to now come to store with ID to unlock it. I was busy that day that’s why I sent wife. We have credit already established. They won’t sell her table without me there. They say no way around it. I was on the phone and my wife was in the store. I even texted her a picture of my ID. I’ve never seen a company that makes you jump through so many hoops and makes it so HARD to buy things. Companies should make it EASY to buy things. Turns out I guess they didn’t want our business because they did nothing to rectify the situation.

My salesperson made the experience a good one

I was very satisfied with my experience at the New Hartford NY store! My salesman was Richard Hobaika. He was very kind as he recognized I was disabled and offered a wheelchair, but my walker device was sufficient. He fully explained the features of the sofa including a demo of the flexsteel cushion spring system. He offered options for people to remove my old furniture as your company does not allow that.

I wanted to specifically thank Kristine Grimaldi. She was very friendly, very knowledgable, she took the time to make sure she understood what I was looking for. In terms of mattresses, she asked questions and had me try different ones that might suit me. She also had me try different price points so she wasn't trying to just push me into the most expensive option. I think she is an excellent sales person and a great representative for your company.
