Warranty
I purchased a sectional with multiple recliners from Raymour & Flanigan about two years ago and also purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. Unfortunately, after only 1 year and 8 months, one of the recliners broke.
It has now been over three months waiting for the replacement parts, and every time I call, the expected arrival date changes again. The lack of communication and consistency has been extremely frustrating.
The company offered me a one-time exchange for a new recliner, but if I accept it, I lose the warranty coverage on that chair. After paying extra for the warranty, it feels unfair to have to give up that protection because the parts have been unavailable for months.
At this point, I feel like I paid for a warranty service that I am not actually receiving. Customers should not be penalized because replacement parts are unavailable for an extended period of time.
Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
I am extremely dissatisfied
I am extremely dissatisfied, not only by the quality of the products. The fact that they came damaged and the delivery drivers were extremely unprofessional and used my bathroom, no one from the showroom even called me back to make this right I have had to wait a month to have a dresser repaired only to have them called last minute today and say that there was an emergency and nobody can make it and they would send out somebody else so then I get the link and there is nothing available until June 2 so now I have a dresser for two months now I haven’t even been able to use. This is unacceptable and I will never order with Raymour and Flanigan again.

He listen to what she was looking for and she made a purchase without any hassles.

I was shopping for a bed & mattress. I was guided to the area while being asked what type I was looking for & so forth. He never pushed me to buy or buy a certain item. I was given space if & when needed but he was always ready to answer my questions.
