My salesman Dave Ennis was very helpful in finding the piece of furniture that I wanted

You asked to give a review on the power chair, I will give a review when I receive the chair. I have been having problems for over a year trying to get mt power recliner parts to repair it. Many times I brought the part to Raymore & Flanigan store and every time the wrong part was ordered. I told the store that I was leaving your store & never coming back to Raymore &Flanigan. The manager came over provided a solution he offered a new power chair for my trouble. Your customer service staff did not know or would even try to get the correct part right. Or seek help to correct the situation until a manager named Bryan became involved & saw where my wife & I frequently come in & purchase furniture & other items for our home. Possibly staff need more training including who to turn to when they repeatedly cannot solve a problem on their own.
The power chair is on back order dew to being out stock.
I hope the chair will be in by September due to the fact I am having a total right knee replacement.

Our sales associate , Sandy Khattiyavong, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured .Looked at living room furniture, once we made our decision the process to purchase took 5 minutes.

I purchased a sectional with multiple recliners from Raymour & Flanigan about two years ago and also purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. Unfortunately, after only 1 year and 8 months, one of the recliners broke.

It has now been over three months waiting for the replacement parts, and every time I call, the expected arrival date changes again. The lack of communication and consistency has been extremely frustrating.

The company offered me a one-time exchange for a new recliner, but if I accept it, I lose the warranty coverage on that chair. After paying extra for the warranty, it feels unfair to have to give up that protection because the parts have been unavailable for months.

At this point, I feel like I paid for a warranty service that I am not actually receiving. Customers should not be penalized because replacement parts are unavailable for an extended period of time.

Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

I am extremely dissatisfied, not only by the quality of the products. The fact that they came damaged and the delivery drivers were extremely unprofessional and used my bathroom, no one from the showroom even called me back to make this right I have had to wait a month to have a dresser repaired only to have them called last minute today and say that there was an emergency and nobody can make it and they would send out somebody else so then I get the link and there is nothing available until June 2 so now I have a dresser for two months now I haven’t even been able to use. This is unacceptable and I will never order with Raymour and Flanigan again.

We had a great experience with purchasing a dining room table and chairs. My mother, who is 81yrs old, was the one who made the purchase for her home. Bill, was the salesman who took the time to show her the different types of dining room tables and chairs. Bill was very kind and didn’t rush my mother at all. He listen to what she was looking for and she made a purchase without any hassles.

Artur is a knowledgeable, kind, wonderful salesman. This isn’t our first purchase with him and won’t be our last. He made finding the right fit easy. Thank you Artur.

The Manager at the Vineland N.J. location, is the most attentative, truthful, helpful representative at this location. I had some minor issues that she was quickly able to remedy. People like he make it easy and desirable to want to return to a good shopping experience. I am truly grateful for people like this. Management is key to representing a business. Thank you!

I was shopping for a bed & mattress. I was guided to the area while being asked what type I was looking for & so forth. He never pushed me to buy or buy a certain item. I was given space if & when needed but he was always ready to answer my questions.
