I have been shopping at raymour…
I have been shopping at raymour Flanigan for years but there’s NO WAY I am EVER shopping there again. I had furniture delivered to my house December 15, 2024 and the moving guys broke the bannister on my stairs and have not reached out to date (12/28/24) to see how they could fix it. As a renter, this jeopardizes the return of my security deposit. Raymour and Flanigan seemed to be a place that values their customers but, I see that isn’t the case for me. I contacted Raymour and Flanigan to make them aware and keep being told someone will contact me to make it right. Well I am still waiting……

A mistake corrected
We recently purchase a chair from Raymor&Flanigan. In ordering I made a mistake which I didn't discover till delivery. I called and Azza made everything right, going out of her way to correct things. Took a month plus but all good now.

Furniture shopping can be stressful but our experience at Raymour & Flanigan was easy and enjoyable. We had the best sales associate "V", who gave us wonderful information and guidance without being pushy. Great experience!
We came into R&F knowing what we wanted, the Stearns & Foster Ultra Firm King mattress. Rob Wilson introduced himself and was wonderfully personable and professional. He showed us options but didn’t try to steer us in another direction as some sales personnel may have done. He was knowledgeable, good natured and very efficient. We joked that our sale may have been the quickest sale on record so hope there’s an award for Rob for that! If we are furniture shopping at R&F in the future we will give Rob a call. We also gave 5 stars to the delivery guys who were prompt, courteous, and professional — our mattress was delivered the next day. Overall a truly great experience!
