It felt like a couple of the employees were hovering over my husband and I while we stated multiple times we were just looking. Once we did finally found something , Eddie was already walking over to us with waters to see if we needed anything. We asked him a couple questions about the item and he took his time to get down to what we truly wanted and made it happen. This is my husband and I’s second time in this store with a thought of what we wanted and with the help of an employee got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Very attentive and patient

I liked working with Denise - she was pleasant and had some good input for a room she had never seen. She encouraged me to look at all the options and I came back to the second two sets of livingroom furniture that I had first looked at. When she explained that I COULD get the pieces I wanted in the color I wanted but I'd have to wait - that cinched the deal.

My experience sometime very good sometime little bit sad because Kobe time we got some damage furniture but otherwise always people helping very well. We got very good furniture. I look so much everything from Rayman. Thank you.

Our salesperson was great. She was professional, patient and supportive of our buying process. She helped us purchase what we wanted at a price we needed.

There was no pressure by any salespersons. We were able to wander and try different out different pieces. If we had any questions, Ray, our salesperson, immediately answered them. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

The sales people may be nice, but the quality of their mattresses are terrible. Bought a Simmons in May very pricy. Explained to the sales person how bad our backs were, but were assured the mattress was very supportive. 3 months into it our backs were killing us. So we did the comfort trade. Traded for a Stearns and Foster. 4 months later we're still turning the mattress almost weekly. Had someone come out he said it's just normal wear (after 4 months) absolutely ridiculous. The delivery person carried the king size mattress up my driveway on his back. I explained to Matt that the mattress was flopping around as he was carrying it and we were concerned. He said that shouldn't matter.I even emailed the company that day. I will never deal with this company again. Now we have to invest $2500-$3000 for another mattress.

Jessica was extremely helpful and patient! She listened to our likes and dislikes. Showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us great ideas for our rooms. Jessica did an excellent job!!

Our sales consultant, Jessica, was great. We were buying a mattress and she was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. She helped us make a decision and was kind, energetic and a wonderful person to work with.

We like dealing with Aixa. She is a very professional salesperson, very resourceful, and not pushy. If you can't find what you are looking for, she will give you other options (online) and won't stop until you are satisfied. When I call with questions, she is always very polite and helpful.

I bought a couch and loveseat on tax free weekend in august. The couch has Bluetooth and electric recliners. 5 days after it was delivered the whole electrical system broke. A technician came out and said the electrical system needed to be replaced. I got a call and they said the part wouldn’t be in until October 8th. I wasn’t happy , but I said ok. October 8 th came and no part. I called and they said it wasn’t going to be in until November 30th. Now I’m pissed and they said they would have them call me. I never got a call! So, I’ve had the furniture 2 months now and I can’t use the recliners or Bluetooth. This is ridiculous to make me wait, I should get a whole new couch. I’ve already made 3 payments on the furniture.

Great service. Nice conversation with both sales Vans and manager Steve. Will be back.
