Neil Nettleton was very helpful. He created us as soon as we came into the store. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the recliners. We looked around a little and he came and accompanied us and explained the different features of some of the recliners. Told us about the leather recliners and availability. He told told us about the additional warranty. We were specifically looking for black which limited our choices, but we still found something which worked for both myself and my husband because we wanted two recliners for our den. Comfort was most important to us. We are fine waiting 3 weeks for the next shipment. We are not in a hurry. Neil was very knowledgeable and very engaged. Good salesman!

He showed us media cabinets and couches that fulfilled our personal requirements and gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions.
