Chester was helpful in our search for a…
Chester was helpful in our search for a couch with recliners. We settled on the Morganthal but we're not ready to buy yet. In order to secure the price he gave us, we had to put down a refundable deposit of $100. I wasn't sure why, would that price not be honored if we came back to order it? That was confusing. Also I was surprised at the $225 delivery fee, seems pretty steep. I had a $150 gift card but was told it was expired and they would not honor it. That gives me pause with the whole purchase. It looks like a great product, but I'm not so sure anymore.
