We weren’t rushed by pushy salespeople. We were greeted asked what we were looking for and were able to wander the showroom without feeling that someone was lurking behind us. Also, once we needed assistance we had more than ample attention from managers and sales associates. Love R &F! I’ve been buying from them for years! Excellent quality...reasonable prices!

My experience with the manager Moe was 1000% perfection!! He defiantly went above and beyond!! I appreciate his time and all his efforts to ensure I was happy and everything was to my liking! I will defiantly recommend Moe to all my friends and will be going back.

I purchased an end table. I was immediately met by a salesperson and my time at the store was limited. This process was Very Good. What has not been good since is that I was told the table would be ready for pick up 3 days from the date or sale. So that meant a Tuesday. I was told to just call before I come to make sure it is ready for pick up. Well it's now Thursday and I still don't have my end table because I can't get through to anyone at the 1-888-Raymour line and when I call the store directly it rings off the hood until a Verizon recording comes on and tells me my call can not be completed. I will try again today and will email the sales person but this has been a very frustrating experience. I have never dealt with the outlet before and I doubt I ever will again. My 3 star rating is only because the sales person was very nice and professional! Otherwise it would be 1 star!

The salesperson showed me the colors which were available. When the color I chose did not return to stock on schedule, he helped me to revise my order and get an early delivery date.

Staff is fine. Having to wait 8 weeks for an order is not acceptable. More insulting, you took full payment upfront.

I pretty much knew what I wanted. I had been eyeballing the Metropolis on-line for a while. But the saleswoman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful and professional. She took her time and went over everything with me as far as delivery,cost, the process for ordering what I wanted because it was not in stock. What that process would be. She even helped me pick out matching Tables for this set. I so appreciated her help. I feel she gave me the White Glove experience. Her Name was Anne. Give her a raise.

Always helpful salespeople and great value on my purchase. The store seems to always have what I’m looking for.

Our salesperson was great, She was knowledgeable about products and the location of models within the store. She offered us options for selecting a day bed for the guest bedroom.

Both Evelyn an Patricia were extremely helpful in advising us all options in picking the right style and fabric to satisfy our decorating needs.
