Spoke on the phone for some questions I had before ordering a split charger kit, first class advice and very helpful. Ordered kit and was delivered next day must say great kit and labels on all wires so you can’t go wrong. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else just order from these guys you won’t regret it

Found the site very easy to use with loads of information and guidance and ordered a split charge kit for my T5. Speedy delivery, great prices. The kit looks well made and very sturdy, haven't got round to fitting it yet but the instructions look very comprehensive. Will definately be using these fellas again

Excellent service! Bought a victron 175w solar panel kit with mmpt 75/15 - 4m leads not long enough for my van so I asked for 7m ones and have returned the 4m ones for a credit. Everything done and despatched very speedily and great service and help on the phone.

Absolutely superb, that’s how you do customer service. James called at allotted time and quickly helped me troubleshoot the problem I had with my solar set-up.
Patient, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Easy to get through to and even offered to test the bit of gear which might be defective.

My Initial contact with James was to review what I planned to install and his advice was excellent as I hadn't done a conversion before - I then purchased a number of products which have been excellent and the support I have had from James and his team with technical questions and just some times just advice is first class - I would highly recommend Rayne Automotive to anyone who is doing a. conversion

Initially contacted Rayne Automotive by their contact form on the website and then by phone to clarify some technical queries their service was 1st class i made purchase of several Victron products and some other electrical hookup products and received all within 3 days. I haven’t fitted all the products yet but have had no issues so far.

Excellent and friendly service. Able to answer any questions I had and was able to understand what I wanted better than I was able to describe

Spoke with James today and ran through our ideas and plan. He was very helpful and informative, I would highly recommend Rayne Automotive and we wish we found these guys at the start or our project!!
