Disorganised and sometimes very rude
I switched our rubbish pick up contract to Ray Whelan, having checked with them that they offered to pick up of organic waste in our neighbourhood. They sad they did.
We subsequently had 5 or 6 conversations about organic waste, They went from claiming it was a mistake to have delivered me a bin to confirming exactly what route I was on and confirming the pick up. They did actually pick it up once, but only once. My final conversation said they had, in fact, promised to pick it up by mistake and that they were not offering the service. The person did not apologise and was brusque.
Other staff were pleasant and helpful but it was unpredictable
The other pick ups were intermittent too.
