Very friendly staff. promptly came out to carry out site survey. A very competitive quote. Boiler fitted as promised (the following week) and no surprise additional costs.

I'm very pleased I chose this local company for my new boiler (December 2023). Fast and no fuss quote, survey and installation within a few days. Excellent very competitive price with interest free payment plan. A couple of minor blips but quickly rectified. Pleasant team from phone answering, to email response and engineers.

We needed a new boiler for a rented property.
RBHM came and gave us a competitive quote, were very flexible regarding an installation date and kept us informed along the way.
Henry (and Luke) did a good, clean job completed in one day and explained everything to us to make sure we were happy before they left.
We experienced a small problem a few days later, but they came out promptly and got everything back up and working again over a very busy Christmas period.

The whole process from ordering, surveying and installing only took five days. The boiler was installed within one day and disruption was kept to the minimum. The replacement boiler was up and running effectively by the end of the day. The fitting team of Ben and Aaron were polite, worked hard and left the house totally tidy as well as warm!

Pre sales was excellent. A few issues with installation which was a bit frustrating but all OK now. Overall was good and would recommend

Really helpful pre sale survey and efficient installation of a new boiler by a great team who went out of their way to ensure I was happy and the installation was safe.
They detected low gas pressure at the mains source on conducting final tests and contacted the emergency number to arrange a visit within an hour. They stayed until problem was sorted.

Needed a replacement boiler at very short notice. Rbhm were very quick to respond and send someone out to quote. Very professional from the start and competitive. Was able to install, with system flush through, within a few days and again a very professional job by one of their fitters. Highly recommended and will use again.

Went to the office to inquire, very friendly and helpful staff. Discussed the options with excellent advise, the surveyor was friendly and assessed well the condition of the boiler. Chose the right boiler and installed by a very good engineer and the boiler works perfectly well. It’s one of the cheapest in the area with flexible plan.

RBHM did an excellent job installing a new boiler in my home. The job was undertaken in a timely and efficient way.
A problem with a zone valve required additional work which was programmed in later in the week. The operator for this work was helpful and undertook the the task quickly, helping subsequently to ensure radiators were working properly.
I can recommend this company for anyone looking to replace a boiler.
