I must admit, I came across RC Hero by accident while looking for the right deal on a new transmitter for my son's christmas present. Communication was excellent and felt "personal" and once I had placed the order it arrived next day and I tracked it to my door!

Have had bad experience with some other online rc stores having to wait a week (or more!) for items supposedly "in stock". Not so with these guys - placed my order for some spare blades for my Blade 200 and they popped through the letterbox the following day. Competitively priced too. I'm a happy customer now and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Ordered an upgraded servo for a small helicopter. The only store in the UK I could find with stock ad at a very reasonable price too.

They also upgraded my delivery from second class post to first class recorded delivery. Very impressed.

I will definately be using RC-hero again!

Took a total of 2 days for me to receive my order, that's from ordering to it being on my doorstep, even got a complimentary packet of Haribo sweets which has confirmed me in as a loyal customer.

I had previously ordered the same item from another company, but 50 days later, still nothing and horrible customer service. I wish i visited RC hero first, would've saved me a lot of hassle and waiting around.

Ordered a servo for my Blade 130. Great competitive price, cheap P&P and delivered next day.
Excellent communication throughout.

Every time I've ordered so far I've had the product two days later and yes its cheaper from China but thats weeks away, when you need it now this is the place to come !

Ordered many parts and a heli plus a indoor plane always arrived when stated clear communication cheaper than anywhere else.
As I am fairly new to the world of rc I'm breaking more than flying so need a supplier of spares in mass quantity so perfect to find RC HERO for all my quick needs in parts lol

Purchased several copters and various spares and the prices are competitive with similar companies. Just purchased the new Blade 300 CFX and they were a good £20 cheaper than anywhere else in the UK and they also upgraded my delivery free of charge via FED X. Recommended and will continue to purchase from them if they have what I need.

I placed an order over the weekend and received my items first thing on Tuesday morning.

Items were very well packaged and the postage cost was very reasonable.

I found them to be fantastic to deal with. Delivery was really quick and their website was easy to use and clear as to whether the items were in stock or not. I've used them a lot in the past too and they have never disappointed. They even put multiple orders together and refunded me the postage on one of the orders! Many thanks Kyle.

Looking for a dx6i, mSRx and mCPx BL. Every well priced UK site I found, only shipped to UK mainland or England and Wales and shipping was usually free. NI shipping was courier only service and was ridiculously expensive. RC Hero is different! Great prices and excellent value shipping to NI. Thanks for your superb service and support.

RC Hero had the best price on a Spektrum DX6i transmitter. Item was delivered quickly by Fedex, well-packaged and exactly as decribed. Will definitely be using these guys again.

I bought the nano cpx a week ago and had the infamous main motor failure. The motor seized whilst hovering and the heli dropped. The heli was okay, so went online to look for a new motor. Found a few websites, but settled on RC Hero as they had the motor in stock, and few other spare parts I thought might be useful. All were competitively priced and the postage is very reasonable too. I was updated via email at each stage of the order processing until dispatch. I had a few questions which were promptly answered. Got the parts the next day, well packaged, repaired my bird and it was back in the air. So needless to say I was a happy chappy. I shall definitely be ordering parts from them again. To any new nano users, buy a spare main motor and be prepared for the inevitable! All the best to you all and have fun :)
